Meet The Team

Ian manages and provides technical support to a team of private client and company administrators who deliver high quality company secretarial, director, trustee and administration services for a wide range of multi-jurisdictional structures.

He has more than 20 years’ experience liaising with international families, corporate groups and intermediaries - his knowledge and manner has helped him build and develop strong working relationships.

Ian is personally responsible for the administration of a small portfolio of complex structures holding a wide range of assets including investment portfolios, commercial and residential real estate, luxury assets and intellectual property.

His clients include UK resident nom-doms, private equity executives, landowners and entrepreneurs. He supports many families with issues around wealth management, asset protection, succession and estate planning often assisting second and third generations of a family. Ian works closely with other professional advisers to deliver the best outcomes and sits on the board of a number of client companies.

Ian is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the global professional association for those who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.
