Paul has operational oversight for the Treasury and Funds department and ensures the delivery of a consistent, high-quality payment and settlement function.
He undertakes the day to day supervision of the team, providing technical guidance and support, and liaises with clients and advisers to ensure delivery of a first-class service. He provides investment analysis, quarterly and ad hoc data as well as co-ordinating internal and external management reports. Paul has responsibility for the department’s regulatory and operational compliance obligations.
Paul is an experienced foreign exchange manager who is skilled in portfolio management, financial risk, risk management, banking, and investment management.
He holds professional certificates for the ACI Dealing Certificate and has passed ILM Level 3.
