Georgina supports the client services team managing a varied portfolio of client structures which include family trusts, residential property holding companies and investment holding companies.
She also assists with a range of statutory tasks for the business including company incorporations, producing board minutes, recording changes of officers, share allotments and transfers and preparation of annual returns.
Previously George served as a member of the Royal Air Force and more recently was awarded a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Gloucestershire.
