Thomas, who joined Abacus in 2016, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of client structures which includes family trusts, residential and commercial property holding companies and investment holding companies.
In addition to building and maintaining relationships with clients, introducers and intermediaries he provides support to the group with all aspects of statutory, company secretarial work and regulatory requirements. He also provides training and oversight to team members in relation to these tasks.
Thomas assists with matters in relation to Isle of Man and UK companies, including incorporations, share allotments and transfers, change of officers and company details, company charges, producing board meetings, annual returns, beneficial ownership act requirements, re-domiciliation and company liquidations.
Thomas was awarded a First-Class BA (Hons) in Sports Studies from the University of Central Lancashire and a Master of Arts from the University of Chester in Business Entrepreneurship. Thomas is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
