Phil plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Douglas office, ensuring the building runs efficiently and with minimal disruption. As Facilities Administrator, he serves as a primary point of contact for both tenants and service providers.
His responsibilities include managing the maintenance contract with a third-party provider, coordinating scheduled works and ad-hoc repairs, and arranging cleaning and general upkeep as required. Phil works closely with contractors, suppliers, and tenants to ensure the building is a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
With substantial experience in building operations and workplace management, Phil is well-versed in health and safety regulations and contributes to the ongoing development of safety protocols and risk assessments. He also monitors tenant adherence to building policies and takes a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
Phil is trained in first aid, fire safety, and occupational health and safety. He is committed to maintaining a professional, efficient, and safe office environment for all occupants.
