With a proactive approach, he works across all levels of the organisation, assisting various departments to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple platforms. As the first point of contact for operational support, he helps colleagues navigate a wide range of technical challenges, providing clear, step-by-step direction. He is also responsible for fostering positive working relationships with external third-party suppliers.
