Based in our international and legal services department in Monaco Luca assists high net worth individuals and families with the legal and tax considerations required for effective asset management.
He has more than 10 years’ experience in the corporate and private client fields and practices in trusts and international private law with a particular focus on inheritance, estate planning, residency and generational transitions.
Luca graduated in law from the University of Pavia before furthering his studies in international and European tax law at the Université Catholique de Louvain La Neuve in Belgium from where he began his career in international tax training at KPMG and Deloitte.
Luca, who is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish, is lawyer registered with the Italian Bar Association.
