Sandra works alongside clients and intermediaries to establish and manage a wide range of complex multi-jurisdictional trust and corporate structures.
She is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of entities including overseeing accounting transactions, drafting and reviewing agreements, preparing statutory documents, performing file reviews and attending client meetings. Sandra works in a methodical and prompt manner to assist the compliance function of the business by identifying, assessing and reviewing risk; due diligence and KYC to ensure all the relevant regulations and legislation are adhered to.
Sandra speaks German, English and French and previously worked in the legal and trust sector in Zurich predominately assisting clients with wealth structuring.
She has a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Paralegalism from Zurich University of Applied Sciences and is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
