With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Elaine has worked across a broad range of HR disciplines, helping businesses attract, develop, and retain talented individuals. Her experience includes recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, organisational change, and supporting managers and employees on a wide range of workplace matters.
At Abacus, Elaine is responsible for developing and implementing people-focused initiatives and ensuring the company maintains effective HR processes and procedures. She is leading the introduction of a number of key projects, including a new digital platform. Elaine also plays an important role in ensuring the business remains up to date with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Elaine is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a BA in French and German from Bangor University. She has built a successful career in human resources, developing extensive expertise across all aspects of people management and organisational development.
