Meet The Team

Simon is the Finance & Operations Director of the Abacus Trust Group and a member of the Board of Directors. He oversees the Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Client Accounting functions, providing financial leadership, performance management, governance, and strategic oversight.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across finance, compliance, and business management, Simon has built a strong reputation for delivering organisational change, restructuring programmes, and commercial transformation across multiple jurisdictions. He has played a significant role in strengthening financial controls, improving performance, and driving operational efficiencies.

He is recognised for his ability to manage complex commercial and administrative matters with clear communication and sound judgement. He leads multi-disciplinary teams and delivers large-scale change initiatives while balancing commercial objectives with regulatory and client requirements. 

Simon holds an MBA from The University of Manchester, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and has an International Diploma in Compliance.
